1. Valid copy of driving licence and copy of National ID required.
2. Client is fully liable for all damages incurred while the vehicle is in transit.
3. It is the client's responsibility to check the oil and water level of the vehicle; the company is not liable for issues arising from this.
4. The vehicle is hired for a maximum of 600km per 24hrs — exceeding this incurs extra charges calculated per km.
5. A penalty of Kshs 500 per hour is charged when the client is late returning the vehicle.
6. A car wash fee of Kshs 200 applies if the hired vehicle was clean at the time of hire.
7. All repairs must be carried out by the company's mechanic at the client's expense; normal hire rates continue while the vehicle is in the garage or in police custody.
8. In case of an accident or damage en route, the client must contact the office first before taking any action.
9. If the vehicle is written off, the client must pay the insurance excess plus Ksh 100,000/= for towing and recovery.
10. Only the client named on the agreement may drive the vehicle — sub-hiring to another party without the office's knowledge terminates the contract.
11. The client must inform the office before changing route; failure to do so is treated as a police case.
12. The client will be photographed with the vehicle before taking it out.
13. The client must sign the agreement document on the return date.
14. Mechanical issues must be reported within the first 50km, or the vehicle is assumed to have been in good working order; issues reported later are the client's responsibility.
15. The vehicle may not be used to carry or escort any illegal drugs — the client remains liable until the vehicle is recovered or paid for if repossessed.

If this contract is terminated by the client, a fee of 10% is deducted. A signed physical copy of this agreement, thumbprints and a photo with the vehicle are completed at handover.
